Terms and Conditions

Due to the Covid-19 all clients are required to wear masks at all times while being serviced.

Unless being served, no children or extra individuals are permitted.

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please be mindful of other clients and the workspace and property. By not adhering to these terms can result in your appointment being canceled or rescheduled.

Guidelines

For makeup, you have to remove your mask when we apply foundations and lip color.
Hand Washing is required upon entering the location
All clients will have their temperature taken upon arrival.
If you arrive early please wait in your car. No children allowed.
No extra people are allowed at your appointment. No exceptions!
If feeling sick please reschedule your appointment, if you arrive and appear to have Covid-19 Symptoms your appointment will be canceled upon Makeup Artist discretion.
No walk-ins are accepted at this time.

These rules are for everyone’s safety. The studio is cleaned and sanitized after each client.

Payments

Deposits: A deposit payment is required for all bookings. Please note that your deposit is non-refundable & non-transferable. Your payment is processed through PayPal. Payment will be deducted from the total cost of your service. If you choose to pay in full and you’re a no-call no-show no refund will be issued. We have to respect other clients that have schedule a specific time as well. It’s very important to be on time so appointments don’t overlap.

Final Payment: The final full balance is due in Cash, or PayPal on the day of your scheduled appointment.

Appointments

Rescheduling: In the event that you must reschedule your appointment, your deposit may be applied to your rescheduled service within 7 days of canceling your original appointment. After 7 days the appointment can no longer be rescheduled and you lose your deposit. Please reschedule immediately. Also, you can only reschedule an appointment once from the original date.

Tardy Policy: A late fee of $15 will be charged for every 15 minutes of delay when a client is late for their scheduled appointment, or if the scheduled appointment exceeds the allotted time due to the client’s delay. If the client is more than 30 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled, with respect to other booked appointments. No refund will be issued!

Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice via phone to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If cancellation is due to the makeup artist, a full refund of all monies/deposits paid will be provided to the client within 14 business days.

Travel: An additional mileage charge is applicable for on-location appointments and start at $50. Travel accommodations outside of my studio will be at client’s expense (travel, hotel, food, parking, etc.)

Please note: Makeup Artist has the right to take before and after photos and video to use for promotional use on her social media pages and website.

To book large wedding groups for makeup, please call (601)-307-3952 or email [email protected] to schedule a consultation. Larger group events requires 25% down to book with a signed contract.

Refunds

If a return is determined, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
